carboplatin + ipilimumab + paclitaxel

This is a combination therapy consisting of carboplatin (a platinum-based chemotherapy agent), ipilimumab (an anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody immunotherapy), and paclitaxel (a taxane chemotherapy agent). The combination works through multiple mechanisms: paclitaxel and carboplatin directly kill cancer cells while also potentially releasing tumor-specific antigens that can initiate T-cell activation, while ipilimumab blocks CTLA-4 to potentiate an antitumor immune response.
