carboplatin + melphalan + thiotepa

This is a high-dose chemotherapy combination regimen consisting of three alkylating agents—carboplatin, melphalan, and thiotepa. The regimen is primarily used as conditioning therapy prior to autologous stem cell transplantation in patients with aggressive lymphomas (such as non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and Hodgkin's disease), metastatic breast cancer, and high-risk neuroblastoma.
