carboplatin + olaratumab + paclitaxel

This is a combination regimen of three anticancer agents: carboplatin, olaratumab, and paclitaxel. Carboplatin is a platinum-based alkylating agent that induces DNA cross-linking and inhibits DNA synthesis and replication, leading to cell death. Paclitaxel is a taxane-class mitotic inhibitor that stabilizes microtubules, preventing their disassembly during cell division and causing G2/M phase arrest.
