Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Combination of two alkylating agents used in the treatment of brain tumors, particularly anaplastic gliomas. Both drugs interfere with cancer cell growth by disrupting DNA replication. The combination has shown enhanced therapeutic effects in preclinical studies compared to either agent alone, particularly in human glioma and medulloblastoma tumor lines.
