Carmustine + recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor is a combination therapy consisting of carmustine, a nitrosourea alkylating agent, and recombinant human GM-CSF (granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor), a cytokine that stimulates the production and function of white blood cells. The combination aims to maximize antitumor efficacy while reducing infection risk through faster hematologic recovery.
