casirivimab + imdevimab

**Casirivimab + imdevimab** is a fixed combination of two recombinant human IgG1 neutralizing monoclonal antibodies developed by Regeneron and commercialized with Roche as REGEN-COV in the United States and Ronapreve in other markets. The antibodies bind distinct, non-overlapping epitopes on the receptor-binding domain of the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein, blocking spike engagement with human ACE2 and thereby inhibiting viral entry; the dual-antibody design was intended to reduce the likelihood of viral escape. It was developed for treatment and prevention of COVID-19 and has been administered by intravenous infusion or subcutaneous injection.
