CCNU (lomustine) + doxorubicin + vincristine is a chemotherapy combination regimen used in the treatment of various cancers. This combination has been studied in non-small cell lung cancer and lymphomas. The regimen sometimes includes additional agents such as cyclophosphamide (forming the ACCO regimen) or cisplatinum (forming the PACCO regimen). Doxorubicin (also known as adriamycin) is an anthracycline antibiotic with antineoplastic properties, CCNU (lomustine) is a nitrosourea alkylating agent, and vincristine (also known as oncovin) is a vinca alkaloid that disrupts microtubules.
