CD123+CLL-1 dual-target CAR-T cells + CD7 CAR-T cells is an investigational combination cell therapy regimen being developed by the Institute of Hematology & Blood Diseases Hospital in China. The regimen consists of two distinct chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell products: **JY017**, which targets both CD123 (IL-3 receptor alpha) and CLL-1 (C-type lectin-like molecule-1), and **JY008**, which targets CD7. This sequential infusion strategy is designed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML). In the clinical protocol, patients first receive JY017 to address the primary leukemic burden; those who do not achieve minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity are subsequently treated with JY008. This multi-target approach is intended to mitigate antigen escape and serve as a bridge to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).
