Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CD19 + CD22 (Senl_19+22) is an investigational dual-targeted chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Hebei Senlang Biotechnology. This cell therapy is engineered to simultaneously target CD19 and CD22, two proteins frequently expressed on the surface of B-cell malignancies. By utilizing a dual-targeting approach, the therapy aims to mitigate the risk of antigen escape, which is a common mechanism of resistance and relapse in patients treated with single-target CAR-T products. The therapy is primarily being evaluated in early-phase clinical trials for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) in pediatric and adult populations, as well as other B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
