This is an investigational combination therapy consisting of **CD24Fc** (a recombinant fusion protein targeting CD24), **ipilimumab** (an anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody), and **nivolumab** (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody). CD24Fc acts as an **immune checkpoint inhibitor** by blocking the CD24–Siglec-10 pathway, reducing immune evasion by tumor cells and modulating immune-related adverse events (irAEs) potentially induced by checkpoint inhibition[1][2][4][6]. Ipilimumab blocks cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) to enhance T-cell activation, while nivolumab blocks programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) to further facilitate anti-tumor immune responses[3][5][7]. This triple combination has been studied for safety and efficacy in clinical trials, but development in this configuration has been withdrawn for now[1].
