CD34+ enriched, T Cell Depleted donor stem cell product is an investigational cellular therapy developed for use in pediatric patients undergoing alternative donor hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). The product is created by processing donor bone marrow or peripheral blood stem cells using the CliniMACS selection system to selectively enrich for CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells while depleting CD3+ T cells.
