Overview

CDCA1-64 + URLC10-177 is a cancer peptide vaccine combination consisting of two synthetic peptides derived from cancer-testis antigens. CDCA1-64 is derived from Cell Division Cycle Associated 1 protein, while URLC10-177 is derived from URLC10 protein. Both peptides are HLA-A24 (A*24:02)-restricted epitopes designed to induce cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses against tumor cells expressing these antigens. This combination is used in cancer immunotherapy, particularly for esophageal cancer and other solid tumors where these antigens are overexpressed.
