CDK4 inhibitor (Insilico Medicine) is a preclinical small-molecule inhibitor specifically targeting cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4). Developed by Insilico Medicine using its proprietary generative AI platform, the compound is intended for the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (ER+/HER2-) breast cancer.
