Overview
**CE120** is an investigational intratumoral cancer immunotherapy developed by Cello Therapeutics. It is a platelet-membrane-coated nanoparticle formulation carrying resiquimod, also called R848, a Toll-like receptor 7 and Toll-like receptor 8 agonist. The platelet-mimetic coating is intended to enhance localization and retention in tumor tissue, while local release of R848 activates antigen-presenting cells and promotes tumor-directed T-cell immunity.
