Overview

CeaVac + TriAb is an investigational combination immunotherapy regimen. CeaVac is a cancer vaccine targeting carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), designed to stimulate the immune system to recognize and attack tumor cells expressing CEA. TriAb refers to a combination of three monoclonal antibodies, typically used in experimental oncology regimens to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by targeting multiple immune checkpoints or tumor antigens simultaneously. The precise composition of "TriAb" can vary depending on the study protocol but generally includes antibodies against key immunoregulatory targets such as CTLA-4, PD-1, and LAG-3 or other relevant checkpoint molecules. This combination aims to synergistically boost anti-tumor immunity by both priming T-cell responses (via vaccination) and relieving inhibitory signals that suppress effective anti-cancer immunity (via checkpoint blockade). The primary indication for this regimen is advanced solid tumors, particularly colorectal cancer.
