Overview

Centella asiatica + Sijunzi is a combination of two traditional herbal medicines. Centella asiatica, also known as gotu kola or Brahmi, is a medicinal plant widely used in traditional medicine for its neuroprotective, wound healing, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Its main active constituents include asiaticoside, madecassoside, and asiatic acid. Sijunzi (Si Jun Zi Tang) is a classic Chinese herbal formula composed of four herbs (Ginseng Radix [Ren Shen], Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma [Bai Zhu], Poria [Fu Ling], and Glycyrrhizae Radix [Gan Cao]) traditionally used to tonify the spleen and improve digestive function. The combination may be used in integrative or traditional medicine settings for synergistic effects on neurological health or general vitality; however, robust clinical data on this specific combination are limited.
