Overview

A combination therapy consisting of cetuximab (an EGFR inhibitor monoclonal antibody), enzastaurin (a protein kinase C inhibitor), and irinotecan (a topoisomerase I inhibitor). This regimen combines targeted therapy with chemotherapy to treat advanced cancers, particularly colorectal cancer. Cetuximab blocks EGFR signaling, enzastaurin inhibits PKC pathways, and irinotecan causes DNA damage by inhibiting topoisomerase I.
