Cetuximab + irinotecan + mitomycin C is an investigational combination regimen composed of three distinct anticancer agents, each with a different mechanism of action. Cetuximab is a chimeric monoclonal antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), inhibiting downstream signaling pathways involved in tumor cell proliferation and survival.
