Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Enlituo + Anyouping + PBC is a combination therapeutic regimen comprising **Enlituo** (a biosimilar of the anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody cetuximab), **Anyouping** (zimberelimab, a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1), and **platinum-based chemotherapy** (PBC). Developed by **Taizhou Mabtech Pharmaceutical** (a subsidiary of Mabpharm), this combination is primarily investigated as a first-line treatment for patients with advanced, recurrent, or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). The regimen combines targeted inhibition of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) to block tumor cell proliferation with immune checkpoint blockade via PD-1 inhibition to restore T-cell activity, alongside the cytotoxic effects of platinum agents like cisplatin or carboplatin. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase II/III clinical trial (NCT06022458) to assess its efficacy and safety compared to Anyouping plus PBC alone.
