Overview

**Cevostamab + daratumumab + dexamethasone** is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. - **Cevostamab** is a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting both FcRH5 on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells to redirect T cells to kill myeloma cells. - **Daratumumab** is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD38, leading to direct tumor cell killing and immune modulation. - **Dexamethasone** is a synthetic glucocorticoid used to suppress inflammation and immune response. This combination is being studied for safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy, especially in patients who have failed multiple prior therapies. As of now, cevostamab is investigational; daratumumab and dexamethasone are approved for use in multiple myeloma, but the triple combination is not yet approved by health authorities. Primary indication: Relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma[1][3][7].
