Overview

A triplet regimen combining chidamide (a histone deacetylase inhibitor), decitabine (a DNA methyltransferase inhibitor), and camrelizumab (an anti-PD-1 antibody). This combination therapy is primarily used for treating relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), especially in patients who have developed resistance to or progressed after treatment with decitabine plus camrelizumab (DP). The regimen works by altering the tumor microenvironment, reducing immunosuppression, promoting CD8+ T-cell activation, and suppressing immunosuppressive IL21+CD4+ T cells by inhibiting STAT1/3 signaling.
