chidamide + lenalidomide

Chidamide + lenalidomide is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two small molecule drugs with distinct but potentially synergistic mechanisms of action. Chidamide is an oral, selective histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi), while lenalidomide is a second-generation immunomodulatory drug (IMiD). Both agents are approved individually in China for the treatment of relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) and have demonstrated antitumor activity in B-cell and T-cell lymphomas. The combination has shown promising efficacy, including rapid and durable responses, even in patients who were refractory to either agent alone. Preclinical studies suggest that the combination exerts synergistic anti-lymphoma effects by modulating epigenetic regulation and immune response pathways[1][2][8]. Clinical trials are ongoing to evaluate its safety and efficacy in relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), PTCL, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL), and multiple myeloma[1][3][4][6][8].
