By blocking PD‑1, it enhances anti-tumor immune responses. - **Anlotinib** is an oral multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits angiogenesis and tumor growth by targeting vascular endothelial growth factor receptors 2 and 3 (VEGFR2/3), fibroblast growth factor receptors 1–4 (FGFR1–4), platelet-derived growth factor receptors α/β (PDGFRα/β), c-Kit, and Ret. The combination aims to synergistically inhibit tumor proliferation through epigenetic modulation, immune checkpoint blockade, and antiangiogenic effects. It has been investigated in clinical trials for various cancers including non-small cell lung cancer and extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma[3][5][6][7].
