chidamide + venetoclax

Chidamide + venetoclax is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two small molecule drugs, chidamide and venetoclax. Chidamide is a selective histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor that modulates gene expression by altering chromatin structure, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in malignant cells. Venetoclax is a selective B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL-2) inhibitor that promotes apoptosis in cancer cells dependent on BCL-2 for survival. The combination has been studied primarily in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), particularly in elderly patients or those with relapsed/refractory disease, often as part of multi-drug regimens including azacitidine and other agents[4][3][5]. Preclinical data suggest synergistic antitumor activity when these agents are combined.
