Overview
Children's Qingfei Oral Liquid (Xiao'er Qingfei Koufuye) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed for pediatric respiratory care. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of bronchial asthma and acute upper respiratory tract infections in children. The formulation is designed to clear heat from the lungs, resolve phlegm, and alleviate cough and wheezing. It is currently being evaluated in clinical studies, such as those conducted by The First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine, to assess its efficacy in preventing and shortening acute bronchial asthma attacks triggered by viral infections.
