CHS-1000 + toripalimab

CHS-1000 + toripalimab is an investigational intravenous combination therapy for advanced or metastatic solid tumors. CHS-1000 is a monoclonal antibody targeting immunoglobulin-like transcript 4 (ILT4, also known as LILRB2), an immunosuppressive receptor expressed on myeloid cells that facilitates tumor immune escape. Blocking ILT4 with CHS-1000 may reprogram suppressive myeloid cells to a pro-inflammatory phenotype and enhance anti-tumor immune responses. Toripalimab is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) on T cells, blocking PD-1/PD-L1 signaling and restoring T cell-mediated anti-tumor immunity. The combination aims to simultaneously target myeloid and T-cell immune suppression to promote improved anti-tumor efficacy. The combination is in early-stage clinical trials for advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
