Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cicalfate+ Multi-Repair Cream (also known as Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream) is a dermo-cosmetic skin barrier repair cream developed by Pierre Fabre under its Eau Thermale Avène brand. It is formulated to soothe, protect, and promote the healing of sensitive, irritated, or compromised skin, including post-procedural skin following dermatological interventions such as chemical peels, cryotherapy, or minor surgical procedures. The cream's key active components include [C+-Restore]™ (an Aquaphilus dolomiae ferment filtrate, which is a postbiotic derived from Avène Thermal Spring Water), copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, and zinc oxide. These ingredients work synergistically to accelerate epidermal repair, maintain a healthy skin microbiome, and provide antimicrobial protection.
