Cilostazol + galantamine is a combination of two small molecule drugs investigated primarily for their potential synergistic effects in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and related cognitive disorders. Cilostazol is a phosphodiesterase 3 (PDE3) inhibitor with antiplatelet and vasodilatory properties, commonly used to treat intermittent claudication.
