This polyherbal formulation is a combination of five traditional medicinal herbs—*Cinnamon verum* (Cinnamon), *Allium sativum* (Garlic), *Zingiber officinale* (Ginger), *Trigonella foenum-graecum* (Fenugreek), and *Terminalia arjuna* (Arjun)—developed by Hamdard University for the management of metabolic syndrome.
