cisplatin + capecitabine + sintilimab

A combination therapy regimen consisting of cisplatin (a platinum-based chemotherapy agent), capecitabine (an oral fluoropyrimidine prodrug), and sintilimab (a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1). This combination leverages both cytotoxic chemotherapy and immunotherapy mechanisms to treat cancer. The regimen has been studied particularly in the context of maintenance therapy for advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, where sintilimab combined with capecitabine was used after initial treatment with sintilimab plus gemcitabine and cisplatin, and also in other cancer types like esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
