A high-dose chemotherapy combination regimen consisting of three alkylating agents: cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, and melphalan. This combination has been studied with autologous bone marrow support for treating various cancers including breast cancer, melanoma, and sarcoma. The regimen produces frequent, rapid responses but with significant extramedullary toxicity. Dose-limiting toxicity is cardiac toxicity.
