A combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of cisplatin, docetaxel, and ifosfamide. This regimen has been studied for the treatment of various cancers including metastatic urothelial cancer, advanced penile cancer, and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. It has shown promising efficacy, particularly in patients with metastatic urothelial cancer (with response rates of 72%) and as neoadjuvant therapy for advanced penile cancer (63% response rate). The most common toxicities include hematological effects such as neutropenia and thrombocytopenia.
