cisplatin + liposomal paclitaxel + tislelizumab

A combination therapy consisting of cisplatin (a platinum-based chemotherapy), liposomal paclitaxel (a taxane chemotherapy encapsulated in liposomes), and tislelizumab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody). This regimen combines cytotoxic chemotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibition. Tislelizumab was engineered to minimize binding to FcγR on macrophages to prevent antibody-dependent phagocytosis, a potential mechanism of resistance to anti-PD-1 therapy. By blocking PD-1/PD-L1 interaction, tislelizumab restores T-cell function and enhances immune response against tumors, while the chemotherapy components directly target cancer cells.
