Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CLB-405 + CLB-505 is a combination of two proprietary hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) variant proteins developed by ClearB Therapeutics. These proteins are designed to over-represent clearance profile epitopes identified from patients who achieved functional cure of chronic hepatitis B infection, and are combined in investigational therapeutic vaccines (e.g., CLB-3000, CLB-4000) either alone or with novel adjuvants such as TQL-1055. The combination stimulates both humoral and cellular immune responses against hepatitis B virus and aims to drive functional cure through targeted immunotherapy. Preclinical and clinical studies focus on chronic hepatitis B infection[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][9].
