Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CLL1+CD33 CAR-T** is an investigational dual-target CAR-T-cell therapy developed by Zhejiang University for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia. The product uses genetically engineered T cells that express CARs directed against **C-type lectin domain family 12 member A** and **CD33**, enabling recognition and cytotoxic elimination of AML cells expressing either antigen. Dual targeting is intended to reduce antigen-escape relapse and address leukemic stem-cell populations associated with C-type lectin domain family 12 member A expression. The Zhejiang University-sponsored study is an open-label Phase I trial in relapsed or refractory AML.
