Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination topical therapy consisting of clobetasol-17-propionate (a very potent topical corticosteroid) and dithranol (also known as anthralin). This combination has been shown to enhance the antipsoriatic efficacy of dithranol therapy in terms of clearing capacity and treatment duration, without shortening remission duration. The combination allows for faster clearance of psoriatic lesions and requires lower concentrations of dithranol compared to dithranol monotherapy.
