Overview
A combination therapy consisting of clobetasol propionate, a super-high potency topical corticosteroid, and mucopolysaccharide polysulfate (MPS), a moisturizing ingredient. Studies have shown that MPS can improve tight junction barrier impairment induced by clobetasol propionate. This combination may help delay relapses in atopic dermatitis by maintaining skin barrier function while providing anti-inflammatory effects. Clobetasol propionate works by activating natural substances in the skin to reduce swelling, redness, and itching, while MPS appears to protect the tight junction barrier function in the skin.
