This is a combination therapy consisting of three agents commonly used in fertility treatment protocols: - **Clomiphene citrate** is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that induces ovulation by blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, leading to increased secretion of gonadotropins (FSH and LH) from the pituitary gland. - **Ubiquinol** is the reduced, active antioxidant form of coenzyme Q10. It supports mitochondrial function and may improve oocyte quality through its antioxidant properties. - **Human menopausal gonadotropin (hMG)** contains both follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), directly stimulating ovarian follicular development and ovulation. hMG is typically derived from the urine of postmenopausal women and administered via injection for controlled ovarian stimulation[1][3][4]. This combination aims to enhance ovulation induction, improve oocyte quality, and increase pregnancy rates in women undergoing fertility treatments.
