cloxacillin + amikacin

Cloxacillin + amikacin is a combination of two antibiotics used primarily for the treatment of severe bacterial infections, including neonatal and pediatric sepsis and right-sided infective endocarditis. Cloxacillin is a semisynthetic beta-lactam antibiotic in the penicillin class, effective against staphylococci (including beta-lactamase-producing strains) by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis.
