Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CM-24 + pembrolizumab is a combination immunotherapy regimen consisting of the investigational monoclonal antibody **CM-24** and the approved immune checkpoint inhibitor **pembrolizumab**. CM-24 targets and blocks Carcinoembryonic Antigen Cell Adhesion Molecule 1 (**CEACAM1**), a molecule implicated in cancer cell immune evasion and metastasis, potentially enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. Pembrolizumab is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits Programmed Death-1 (**PD-1**), blocking the interaction with its ligands and restoring T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. This combination is under clinical investigation for advanced/metastatic solid tumors, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), with the aim of improving progression-free survival and response rates in patients who have progressed after standard therapies.
