Overview

**CMLVAX100** is an investigational, synthetic therapeutic multipeptide cancer vaccine developed against the **p210 BCR-ABL1 b3a2 fusion-junction** neoantigen in chronic-phase chronic myeloid leukemia with persistent minimal residual disease. It contains five p210-b3a2 breakpoint-derived peptides, including four short HLA class I-binding peptides and one longer HLA class II-binding peptide, and was associated with the QS-21 adjuvant. Vaccination is intended to induce BCR-ABL1 junction-specific T-cell immunity, including peptide-specific cytotoxic CD4-positive T-cell responses, to promote immune elimination of residual leukemic cells. Phase II studies evaluated subcutaneous administration, including an OHSU-sponsored study that was terminated and a separate completed multicenter study.
