CNTY-101 + IL-2 is an investigational combination therapy comprising CNTY-101, an allogeneic iPSC-derived anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-iNK) cell therapy, and recombinant human interleukin-2 (IL-2), a cytokine. CNTY-101 incorporates six precision gene edits (including CD19-CAR, Allo-Evasion edits to prevent host immune rejection, and IL-15 cytokine support), designed for enhanced persistence and anti-tumor activity. The co-administration of IL-2 provides exogenous cytokine support to promote expansion and activation of infused NK cells. This combination is being evaluated in phase 1 clinical trials both for relapsed/refractory CD19-positive B-cell malignancies (such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma) and for severe autoimmune diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus nephritis, idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, and diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis[1][2][3][4][5].
