Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cobolimab + docetaxel + dostarlimab is a combination drug regimen under investigation primarily for cancer treatment. Cobolimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting TIM-3, an immune checkpoint receptor that suppresses T-cell activation; by blocking TIM-3, cobolimab reactivates exhausted T cells and enhances anti-tumor immunity. Dostarlimab is a PD-1 blocking monoclonal antibody that inhibits the programmed death receptor-1 pathway to restore immune response against tumors. Docetaxel is a chemotherapeutic agent classified as a taxane that disrupts microtubule function, inhibiting cell division and inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. The combination aims to synergistically enhance anti-cancer efficacy by combining immunotherapy with chemotherapy. This regimen is being studied in advanced solid tumors including non-small cell lung cancer and cervical cancer[1][2][6][7].
