Overview

A combination therapy where coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is administered alongside trastuzumab to reduce cardiotoxicity in HER2-positive breast cancer patients. CoQ10 provides cardioprotection by increasing ejection fraction and decreasing inflammatory biomarkers and cardiac enzyme levels, allowing patients to continue beneficial trastuzumab therapy with reduced cardiac side effects.
