Colchicine + NSAID is a combination therapy involving the use of colchicine, a microtubule polymerization inhibitor with anti-inflammatory properties, and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes to reduce prostaglandin synthesis and inflammation.
