Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This combination therapy consists of a biocompatible collagen membrane scaffold seeded with clinical-grade human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (HUC-MSCs). The collagen membrane serves as a structural matrix to facilitate cell delivery and support attachment, while the HUC-MSCs exert therapeutic effects through the secretion of paracrine factors, including growth factors and cytokines, which promote tissue regeneration, angiogenesis, and immunomodulation. The product is primarily being investigated for the surgical repair of chronic nasal septum perforations, aiming to stimulate the closure of the defect and restoration of the nasal mucosal lining.
