Drug intelligence / Profile preview
COMPOUND 9 is a small-molecule dual inhibitor of CDC2-like kinases (CLK) and dual-specificity tyrosine-regulated kinases (DYRK) being developed by Curadev Pharma for the treatment of osteoarthritis. The drug is designed to modulate disease-relevant signaling pathways to address the underlying pathology of the disease rather than merely managing symptoms. It is intended for intra-articular administration directly into the affected joint. Curadev has nominated the compound as a candidate for US FDA Investigational New Drug (IND) filing, placing it in the preclinical stage of development.
