Overview

**CPI-300** is an investigational antitumor nanomedicine developed by Coordination Pharmaceuticals. It is a nanoscale coordination polymer nanoparticle formulation designed to co-deliver two undisclosed new chemical entities to tumors following intravenous infusion. The identities, molecular targets, and precise mechanisms of the two active agents have not been publicly disclosed. CPI-300 entered a first-in-human Phase 1 dose-escalation study in patients with advanced solid tumors to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, maximum tolerated dose, and preliminary antitumor activity.
