Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CRX100 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination immunotherapy regimen consisting of CRX100, an autologous cytokine-induced killer cell product generated ex vivo from a patient's own leukocytes, and pembrolizumab, an FDA-approved anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. CRX100 is designed to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by expanding and activating immune effector cells, while pembrolizumab blocks the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) pathway to further promote T-cell-mediated tumor killing. This combination is being evaluated in a phase 1 clinical trial for patients with advanced solid malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, malignant melanoma, gastric cancer, triple negative breast cancer, and osteosarcoma.
