CSF470 + BCG + molgramostim is an investigational therapeutic cancer vaccine regimen developed by Laboratorio Pablo Cassará for the adjuvant treatment of cutaneous melanoma. The regimen consists of **CSF-470**, an allogeneic vaccine composed of four irradiated melanoma cell lines (MEL-XY1, MEL-XY2, MEL-XY3, and MEL-XX4), administered alongside two adjuvants: **Bacillus Calmette–Guérin (BCG)** and **molgramostim** (recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, rHuGM-CSF). The vaccine aims to induce a potent immune response against a broad spectrum of melanoma-associated antigens presented by the irradiated tumor cells. It has been evaluated in Phase II/III clinical trials (notably the CASVAC-0401 study, NCT01729663) for patients with high-risk resected melanoma (Stages IIB-III), where it demonstrated improved distant metastasis-free survival compared to interferon-alpha 2b.
